Step-by-step setup

  1. Open your TV’s app store and choose an IPTV player compatible with your TV model. App availability varies by region and model.
  2. Install the player and open its playlist or account setup screen.
  3. For Xtream Codes login, enter the username, password and server URL from your Luna activation message.
  4. For a player that uses device activation, follow the player’s official website instructions to add your M3U playlist using its device identifier.
  5. Save your details, reload the playlist and open a channel.

Some TV players require a separate app licence. This is separate from your Luna subscription.

DEVICE 02

Fire TV & Android

Step-by-step setup

  1. Open the Amazon Appstore or Google Play Store on your device and look for a compatible IPTV player.
  2. Install your player from its official store listing. If your Fire TV model requires another installation method, ask support for the appropriate official app source and device-specific steps.
  3. Open the app and choose Xtream Codes or playlist login, depending on the player.
  4. Enter Luna as the playlist name, then add your username, password and exact server URL. For M3U login, paste the complete playlist URL instead.
  5. Save, allow the channel list to load and test playback.

Fire TV menus and installation options vary by model and operating system. Ask support if your app is unavailable.

DEVICE 03

Apple TV & iOS

Step-by-step setup

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple device.
  2. Choose a compatible IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists. Check the listing for your device before downloading.
  3. Open the player and add a new playlist or account.
  4. Enter your Luna username, password and server URL, or paste your M3U playlist URL if that is the login method you selected.
  5. Save the playlist, wait for it to load and choose a channel to start watching.

App features and charges depend on the player. Your Luna subscription does not include a third-party app licence.

DEVICE 04

Windows & Mac

VLC · M3U playlist

Step-by-step setup

  1. Download VLC from the official VideoLAN website and install it.
  2. Open VLC and find the network-stream option. On Windows, use Media → Open Network Stream; on Mac, use File → Open Network.
  3. Paste the complete M3U playlist URL from your Luna activation message.
  4. Select Play or Open to load the stream.
  5. Open the playlist view to browse the loaded channels.

VLC uses the M3U playlist URL rather than an Xtream Codes username/password form.
